100 day Money Back Guarantee Terms + Conditions

  1. Money Back Guarantee can only be applied for on this website.
  2. Application Form, Aura product and original receipt must be returned to VUSH to be eligible for your money back.
  3. Application forms:
    a. must be fully completed and lodged on this website;
    b. printed form must be signed and returned with product and receipt;
    c. will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect.
    d. will only be valid for use with the Aura Device only.
  4. AURA product:
    a. must be returned with application form & purchase receipt;
    b. must be in the case with the charging device.
  5. Proof of purchase (original purchase receipt of the AURA) must be returned.
  6. One refund of one product only per family at any one address.
  7. Refund must be submitted within 99 days of order placed.
  8. Refund Payments will be made:
    a. for the amount on the original purchase receipt;
    b. by refund to a Visa, Master Card or Paypal account only, as per the details on the application form;
    c. no cheques or other forms of refund will be used
    d. within 45 days of receipt of application form, product and purchase receipt
    e. postage costs will not be refunded.
  9. VUSH reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.
  10. VUSH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Vush Customer Warranty - One Year From Initial Purchase

We provide a one year (12 months) customer warranty from when you first purchased your product. After one year from your initial purchase, we have no obligation to send you replacement items, even if previous ones were sent.

If you consider that an item is defective and you are entitled to a replacement, pleaseemail Vush and describe your problem.

We will only replace items which are found to be faulty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement of the same nature – please contact acustomer service representative to begin this process.

Please retain your product packaging for the duration of the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!

Lost in Transit Policy

Once your order leaves the doors of our warehouses, our third party delivery teams do everything possible to meet our expected shipping times, however occasionally packages can go on an adventure in the postal system. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please reach out to ourcustomer service babes who will do everything reasonably possible to locate your package.

Packages can only be considered lost in transit after a specific period of time, please see below table for your region. These time frames are not in VUSH’s control, sorry babe. If a package is deemed lost in transit, VUSH can then organise your order to be resent.

Please note, we can only investigate lost orders for up to 3 months from the date of dispatch. Any orders after this time will no longer be in our delivery partner's system. If we don't hear from you within this time, our lost in transit policy is no longer valid.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our change of mind policy.

VUSH Wellness will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.
